Fleet Seat Repair is our on-site fix-it service for seats that are still worth saving but are starting to cause problems. Instead of sidelining a truck for a loose frame, broken recline, or bad belt latch, we come to your facility and handle the work while the unit is already parked.

We start with a quick diagnosis based on driver feedback and a physical check. From there, we repair or reinforce cracked frames, replace broken brackets, and correct any play that lets the seat rock or twist under load. For stuck or uneven tracks, we clean, realign, and repair the rails so the seat slides and locks in properly again.

Seat belts and buckles get special attention. If a belt does not retract, latch, or release the way it should, we repair or replace the faulty components to bring that seating position back into compliance. We also sort out adjustment issues: failed height pumps, jammed recline levers, or worn knobs that keep drivers from setting the seat where they need it.

All of this is done during loading windows or overnight "fleet sleep" periods, so trucks are not pulled from routes just to fix a mechanical issue inside the cab. The end result is a safer, more stable seat that your drivers can trust, without you burning valuable hours moving units to and from a shop. When we see a seat that is beyond sensible repair, we will tell you plainly and help you plan a replacement instead of throwing money at a lost cause.
